٣٠٦٥ - وَعَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ مَرَّةً (رضي الله عنه) قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُوْلُ: «مَنْ أَخَذَ أَرْضًا بِغَيْرِ حَقَّهَا كُلَّفَ أَنْ يَحْمِلَ تُرَابَهَا إِلَى الْمَحْشَرِ». رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ.
