٣١٢٠ - وَعَنْ أَسْمَرَ بْنِ مُضَرِّس (رضي الله عنه) قَالَ: أَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَبَايَعْتُهُ، فَقَالَ: «مَنْ سَبَقَ إِلَى مَاءٍ لَمْ يَسْبِقْهُ إِلَيْهِ مُسْلِمٌ فَهُوَ لَهُ1. رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ.
