Amr ibn Shu’ayb, from his father, from his grandfather, narrated that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: If a man fornicates with a free woman or a slave, the child is a child of fornication, neither inheriting nor inherited.

ف: واضح ہو کہ شاہ عبد الحق محدث دہلوی رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے اشعۃ اللمعات میں لکھا ہے کہ ولد الزنا کا نسب مرد زانی سے ثابت نہیں ہوتا البتہ ماں سے اس کا نسب ثابت ہوتا ہے اس لئے وہ اپنی ماں کا وارث ہوگا اور ماں اس کی وارث ہوگی۔
