Musa ibn Talha said: "Whoever wipes the back of his neck along with his head will be protected from shackles on the Day of Resurrection." [Narrated by Abu Ubaid as a mawqoof narration]
Al-Ayni stated: "This mawqoof narration is considered marfoo' (prophetic) because it pertains to matters that cannot be determined by mere opinion."
