Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated: The Prophet (ﷺ) passed by Abu Bakr while he was cursing some of his slaves. He turned to him and said: “Cursers and truthful ones? No, by the Lord of the Ka’bah!” That day, Abu Bakr freed some of his slaves, then came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and said: “I will not do it again.”
