Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) recited this verse: “That Day, it will report its news” [Az-Zalzalah: 4]. He said: “Do you know what its news is?” They said: “Allah and His Messenger know best.” He said: “Its news is that it will testify against every servant and maid about what they did on its surface, saying: ‘He did such and such on such and such day.’ This is its news.”
