Ibn Mas’ud (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: “A man from the people of Paradise will appear 1 to you.” Abu Bakr appeared. Then he said: “A man from the people of Paradise will appear to you.” Umar appeared.
