He (ʿAli) said: "We fought against the Confederates (al-Ahzab), and they kept us engaged until the sun was about to set, so the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'O Allah! Fill the hearts of those who kept us from the middle prayer with fire, fill their homes with fire, and fill their graves with fire.' ʿAli said: 'We used to consider that the middle prayer was Fajr.'"
