انہی سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: اللہ تعالیٰ نے
کوئی بیماری نہیں 1؎ اتاری مگر اس کے لئے شفاء بھی اتاری ہے۔ (بخاری)

(1) The statement: "except that He has sent down its cure": If you say: We see many sick people treated who do not recover. I say: This is due to ignorance of proper treatment or diagnosis of the disease, not the absence of a cure. Thus, Al-Nawawi said.
