سیدنا ابن مسعود رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے انہوں نے کہا کہ
شیطان آدمی کی شکل اختیار 3 کر کے قوم کے پاس آتا اور ان سے کوئی جھوٹی بات بیان کرتا ہے،
پھر وہ لوگ الگ الگ چلے جاتے ہیں، پھر ان میں کا کوئی شخص کہتا ہے میں ایک آدمی کو سنا ہوں
اس کے چہرہ کو پہچانتا ہوں اسکا نام کیا ہے نہیں جانتا، وہ بیان کر رہا تھا۔ (مسلم)۔
