Narrated by Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her: "I used to sleep in front of the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, with my legs in the direction of the Qiblah. When he prostrated, he would nudge me, and I would draw my legs back. When he stood up, I would stretch them out again. The houses at that time had no lamps."
