Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: "He, the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), his mother, and his aunt prayed together. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) placed Anas on his right side and his mother and aunt behind them." [Narrated by Al-Nasa’i]
From these narrations, it is understood that if women pray with men, it is permissible, but they should stand in the last rows. This was stated by Al-Allamah Al-Ayni.

ف: اس حدیث شریف سے ثابت ہوا کہ اگر امام کے ساتھ ایک مرد اور دو عورتیں اقتداء کر رہے ہوں تو مرد امام کے سیدھے جانب کھڑا ہو اور دونوں عورتیں ان کے پیچھے صف بنا کر کھڑی ہو جائیں۔
