Abu Sa'id (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "No fatigue, illness, anxiety, sorrow, harm, or distress befalls a Muslim, even if it be the prick of a thorn, but that Allah expiates some of his sins because of it"
