Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was the most generous of people, and he was most generous during Ramadan. Gabriel used to meet him every night during Ramadan, and the Prophet (ﷺ) would recite the Qur’an to him. When Gabriel met him, he was more generous than the blowing wind.
