Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “A believer has six obligations toward another believer: to visit him when he is sick, to attend his funeral when he dies, to respond when he invites, to greet him with salaam when meeting him, to say ‘May Allah have mercy on you’ when he sneezes, and to advise him sincerely whether present or absent.”
