Abdullah bin Sa’d said: "I asked the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), 'What is permissible for me from my wife when she is menstruating?' He said: 'What is above the waist wrapper (izar).' 1" [Narrated by Abu Dawud, Ibn Majah, and Ahmad]
In Nayl it is mentioned: "In Abu Dawud’s narration, there are two truthful narrators, and the rest are trustworthy." Abu Ya’la also narrated it from Umar, and its narrators are those of the authentic collections.
