‘Abdur-Rahman bin ‘Awf (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ went out until he entered a garden and prostrated for a long time, to the point that I feared that Allah had taken his soul. I went to check on him, and he raised his head and said: ‘What is the matter?’ I mentioned to him my concern.
He said: ‘Jibreel came to me and said: Shall I not give you glad tidings? Allah, the Almighty, says to you: Whoever sends blessings upon you once, I send blessings upon him, and whoever greets you with peace, I greet him with peace.’"
