Ka'b ibn Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "The example of a believer is like a tender plant. The wind bends it sometimes and straightens it at other times until its time comes. And the example of a hypocrite is like a sturdy cedar tree that remains firm until it is uprooted all at once"
