From Suwayd ibn Nu’man (may Allah be pleased with him), he said: He went out with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) during the year of Khaybar. When they reached the area of Sahlbah, which is one of the lowest parts of Khaybar, the Prophet (ﷺ) prayed the Asr prayer, then asked for food. But they were only given sawiq (a type of flour). He ordered it to be mixed, and the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) ate, and we ate as well. Then he stood up for Maghrib prayer, rinsed his mouth, and we also rinsed our mouths. He then prayed without performing wudu.

۲۹۷ - وَعَنْ سُوَيْدِ بْنِ النُّعْمَانِ (رضي الله عنه): أَنَّهُ خَرَجَ مَعَ رَسُوْلِ اللهِ ﷺ عَامَ خَيْبَرَ، حَتَّى إِذَا كَانُوا بِالصَّهْبَاءِ - وَهِيَ مِنْ أَدْنَى خَيْبَرَ - صَلَّى الْعَصْرَ، ثُمَّ دَعَا بِالْأَزْوَادِ فَلَمْ يُؤْتَ إِلَّا السَّوِيقُ، فَأُمِرَ بِهِ فَثُرِّيَ، فَأَكَلَ رَسُوْلُ اللهِ ﷺ وَأَكَلْنَا، ثُمَّ قَامَ إِلَى الْمَغْرِبِ فَمَضْمَضَ وَمَضْمَضْنَا، ثُمَّ صَلَّى وَلَمْ يَتَوَضَّأْ رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ، وَرَوَى الطَّحَاوِيُّ وَمُحَمَّدٌ مِثْلَهُ.

سوید بن نعمان رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ وہ فتح خیبر کے سال حضور صلی اللہ
علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ نکلے اور جب مقام صہباء پر پہنچے جو خیبر سے قریب تر ہے تو حضور صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم
نے عصر کی نماز ادا فرمائی، پھر آپ نے توشہ طلب فرمایا تو صرف ستو حاضر کیا گیا تو ستو کے متعلق
فرمایا کہ بھگویا جائے تو خود حضور صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے بھی تناول فرمایا اور ہم بھی کھائے، پھر آپ نماز
مغرب کے لئے اٹھے اور آپ نے کلی کی ہم نے بھی کلی کی، پھر آپ نے نماز پڑھی اور وضوء نہیں
فرمایا۔ (اس کی روایت بخاری نے کی ہے اور امام طحاوی اور امام محمد نے بھی اسی کے مثل روایت کی
ہے۔)
