٣٠٥٥ - وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ (رضي الله عنه) قَالَ: قَالَتِ الْأَنْصَارُ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ: اقْسِمْ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَ إِخْوَانِنَا النَّخِيلَ، قَالَ: لَا ، فَقَالُوا: تَكْفُوْنَا الْمَثُوْنَةَ وَنُشْرِكْكُمْ فِي الثَّمَرَةِ، قَالُوا: سَمِعْنَا 1 وَأَطَعْنَا. رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ.

ف: اس حدیث سے ثابت ہوتا ہے کہ فریقین میں ایک کی ملک یا رقم ہو اور دوسرے کی محنت ہو تو منافع میں فریقین کا حسب معاہدہ شریک ہونا جائز ہے۔
