Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: It was said to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), “Which women are the best?” He said, “The one who pleases him when he looks at her, obeys him when he commands, and does not oppose him in herself or his wealth in a way he dislikes.” Narrated by An-Nasa’i and Al-Bayhaqi in Shu‘ab al-Iman.

٣٣٤٥ - وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ (رضي الله عنه)قَالَ: قِيْلَ لِرَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ: أَيُّ النِّسَاءِ خَيْرُ؟ قَالَ: الَّتِي تَسُرُّهُ إِذَا نَظَرَ، وَتُطِيعُهُ إِذَا أَمَرَ، وَلَا تُخَالِفُهُ فِي نَفْسِهَا وَلَا مَالِهَا بِمَا يَكْرَهُ. رَوَاهُ النَّسَائِيُّ وَالْبَيْهَقِيُّ فِي شُعَبِ الْإِيْمَانِ».

ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے وہ فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی
اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم سے دریافت کیا گیا کہ عورتوں میں کونسی عورت بہتر ہے؟ آپ نے ارشاد فرمایا
کہ وہ عورت (بہتر ہے) کہ جب خاوند اس کو دیکھے تو وہ اس کو خوش کر دے اور شوہر اس کو کسی کام کا حکم
دے تو وہ اس کو بجا لائے اور اپنی جان میں اور اس کے مال میں جو شوہر کی ناراضگی کا سبب ہو خلاف نہ
کرے۔
