٣٥٠٦- وَعَنْ سَعِيْدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْحَظّابِ رَضِیَ اللهُ عَنهُ ، قَتَلَ نَفَرًا خَمْسَةً أَوْ سَبْعَةًبِرَجُلٍ وَاحِدٍ قَتَلُوهُ قَتْلَ غِيلَةٍ، وَقَالَ عُمَرُ: لَوْ1 تَمَالَا عَلَيْهِ أَهْلُ صَنْعَاءَ لَقَتَلْتُهُمْ جَمِيعًا.رَوَاهُ مَالِكٌ، وَرَوَى الْبُخَارِيُّ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِیَ اللهُ عَنهُمَانَحْوَهُ.
