Aisha, may God be pleased with her, said: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "O God, whoever takes charge of any matter of my nation and causes them hardship, cause him hardship. Whoever takes charge of any matter of my nation and is gentle with them, be gentle with him."
