Abdullah ibn al-Zubayr (may Allah be pleased with them) narrated: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) ruled that the two disputants sit before the judge.

٣٧٢٨ - وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ رضي الله عنهما قَالَ: قَضَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنَّ الْخَصْمَيْنِ 1يَقْعُدَانِ بَيْنَ يَدَيْ الْحَاكَمِ. رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَأَبُوْ دَاوُدَ.
