Abu Sa’id (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “There is no gentle person except one who has stumbled, and no wise person except one who has experience.”

٤٨٥١ - وَعَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ (رضي الله عنه) قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «لَا حَلِيمَ إِلَّا ذُو عَثْرَةٍ، وَلَا حَكِيمَ إِلَّا ذُو تَجْرِبَةٍ». رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَالتَّرْمِذِيُّ.
