Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "I looked into Paradise and saw that most of its inhabitants were the poor. I looked into the Fire and saw that most of its inhabitants were women."

٥٠٢٤ - وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ (رضي الله عنهما) قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُوْلُ اللهِ ﷺ : «اطَّلَعْتُ فِي الْجَنَّةِ فَرَأَيْتُ أَكْثَرَ أَهْلِهَا الْفُقَرَاءَ، وَاطَّلَعْتُ فِي النَّارِ فَرَأَيْتُ أَكْثَرَ أَهْلِهَا النِّسَاءَ». رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمُ، وَرَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْن حُصَيْنٍ (رضي الله عنه) .
