Abu Sa‘id Al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “If a man does a deed in a rock with no door or window, his deed will reach people, whatever 1 it may be.”
(1) His statement: “whatever” – meaning that deed, whether good or evil, in words or actions, whether he intends its exposure or not, as Allah said: And Allah will expose what you were concealing (Al-Baqarah: 72). (As stated in Al-Mirqat)
