Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “The Messiah will come from the direction of the East, intending to reach Madinah, until 1 he descends behind Uhud. Then the angels will turn his face toward Sham, and there he will perish.”

٥٢٧٣ - وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ (رضي الله عنه) عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ: «يَأْتِي الْمَسِيحُ مِنْ قِبَلِ الْمَشْرِقِ هِمَّتُهُ الْمَدِينَةُ حَتَّى 1 يَنْزِلَ دُبُرَ أُحُدٍ ثُمَّ تَصْرِفُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ وَجْهَهُ قِبَلَ الشَّامِ وَهُنَالِكَ يَهْلِكُ». مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ.

سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم
نے فرمایا کہ مسیح مشرق کی جانب سے آئے گا اور اسکا ارادہ مدینہ کا ہوگا یہاں تک کہ وہ احد کے پیچھے
اترے گا1، پھر فرشتے اسکا منہ ملک شام کی جانب پھیر دینگے اور وہ وہیں ہلاک ہوگا۔ (متفق علیہ)۔
