٥٣٧١ - وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَنْعَاءِ (رضي الله عنه) قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ بِشَفَاعَةِ 1 رَجُلٍ مِنْ أُمَّتِي أَكْثَرُ مِنْ بَنِي تَمِيمٍ». رَوَاهُ التَّرْمِذِيُّ وَالدَّارِمِيُّ

(1) His statement: “Through the intercession of one man…”: Some said the man is Uthman ibn Affan (may Allah be pleased with him). Others said it is Uwais al-Qarni, and others suggested someone else. Zayn al-Arab (may Allah be pleased with him) said this is the most likely. (As stated in Al-Mirqat)
