Chapter on Mosques and Places of Prayer

Zujajat al-Masabih 974Volume 1

English

It is narrated from him (Abu Umamah) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever leaves his home in a state of purity for an obligatory prayer, his reward is like that of a pilgrim in Ihram. Whoever goes out for the Duha prayer, with no purpose other than that, his reward is like that of a person performing 'Umrah. And a prayer followed by another prayer, with no idle talk in between, is recorded in 'Illiyyin (the highest heaven)."
