It is narrated from Muhammad ibn Al-Munkadir that he said: "Jabir prayed in a loincloth that he had tied from the back, and his clothes were placed on a hanger. Someone said to him: 'You are praying in a single loincloth?' He replied: 'I only did that so that someone like you, who is foolish, would see me. Who among us had two garments during the time of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him)?'"
