Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "O people, prevent your women from wearing adornments and displaying themselves in the mosques, for the Children of Israel were not cursed until their women wore adornments and displayed themselves in the mosques."
