‘Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "If you assume Ihram for Hajj and ‘Umrah, perform two Tawafs and two Sa‘is between As-Safa and Al-Marwah." Mansur said: "I met Mujahid, who was issuing Fatwa that Qiran requires only one Tawaf. I mentioned this Hadith to him, and he said, ‘Had I heard it, I would have only issued Fatwa for two.’"

(۱) قوله: رواه محمد: قال الشيخ ابن الهمام: لا شبهة في هذا السند، مع أنه روي عن علي له بطرق كثيرة مضعفة ترتقي إلى الحسن، غير أنا تركناها واقتصرنا على ما هو الحجة بنفسه بلا ضم.
