٣٢٣٧ - وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ (رضي الله عنهما) قَالَ: إِنَّ جَارِيَةً بِكْرًا أَتَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَتْ أَنَّ أَبَاهَا زَوَّجَهَا وَهِيَ كَارِهَةٌ، فَخَيَّرَهَا1 النَّبِيُّ ﷺ. رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ.

تو اس نکاح کو باقی رکھے یا چاہے تو فسخ کردے)۔ اس حدیث کی روایت ابوداؤد نے کی ہے۔
