Rafi' bin Ishaq reported that he heard Abu Ayub al-Ansari, while in Egypt, saying: "By Allah, I do not know how to deal with these latrines, as the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'When one of you goes to relieve himself, do not face the Qibla nor turn your back to it.'"
