Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “A man passed by a branch of a tree on the road and said: ‘I will remove this from the path of the Muslims so it does not harm them.’ He was admitted to Paradise because of it.”

٢٣٦٩ - وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ (رضي الله عنه) قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ : مَرَّ رَجُلٌ بِغُصْنٍ شَجَرَةٍ عَلَى ظَهْرِ طَرِيقٍ، فَقَالَ: لَأُنَحَيَنَّ هَذَا عَنِ طَرِيقِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ لَا يُؤْذِيهِمْ فَأُدْخِلَ بِهِ الْجَنَّةَ». مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ.

ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے وہ فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ
وآلہ وسلم ارشاد فرمائے ہیں کہ ایک شخص ایک درخت کی شاخ پر گزرا، جو سڑک کے درمیان راہ آ گئی تھی تو
اس نے کہا: میں ضرور اس شاخ کو مسلمانوں کے راستہ سے دور کر دوں گا تا کہ یہ ان کو تکلیف نہ
دے۔ پس وہ شخص اس (کار خیر) کی وجہ سے جنت میں داخل کر دیا گیا۔
اس کی روایت بخاری اور مسلم نے متفقہ طور سے کی ہے۔
