It is narrated from Rabi’ah bint Mu'awwidh (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet ﷺ performed ablution and inserted his fingers into the openings of his ears.

٤٣١ - وَعَنْ الرُّبَيعِ بِنْتِ مُعَوِّذ (رضي الله عنه): أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ تَوَضَّأَ فَأَدْخَلَ إِصْبَعَهُ فِي جُحْرَيْ أُذُنَيْهِ. رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَأَحْمَدُ وَابْنُ مَاجَه.
