Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated that the Prophet (ﷺ) used to say when leaving his house: "In the name of Allah, I place my trust in Allah. O Allah, we seek refuge in You from slipping or being led astray, from oppressing or being oppressed, from acting ignorantly or being treated ignorantly."
[Narrated by Ahmad, Tirmidhi and Nasa'i. Tirmidhi said it is hasan sahih. In Abu Dawud and Ibn Majah's version: "The Prophet (ﷺ) never left my house without raising his eyes to the sky and saying: 'O Allah, I seek refuge in You from leading astray or being led astray, from oppressing or being oppressed, from acting ignorantly or being treated ignorantly.'"]
